This is 9" x 9" remix of chimera's simple and effective puzzle spatula. We used it to move completed sections of jigsaw puzzles with the completed pieces intact. I also added an eyelet on the end of the handle to allow it to hang on a hook. If you don't want this, just download the orignal handle from chimera's upload, it will fit just as well.
My wife was working a puzzle from Magic Puzzle Company. The twist was she needed to move completed sections of the puzzle around to create a spot for finishing the puzzle ("magic shift"). The piece fit was loose, and the completed sections came apart if we slid them on a felt puzzle board, so she requested a larger version of the puzzle spatula.
I printed in PLA with 0.16mm layer height and 100% infill. PETG should also work fine.
The larger spatula file was designed to be printed on a Bambu Lab sized 250 mm x 250 mm build plate. The smaller version 205mm x 230 mm version will fit on a Prusa I3 build plate.
I printed this on a newly cleaned Bambu Cool plate for PLA using an adhesive and a small 3mm brim to minimize the risk of warping.
