3-Digit counter i use it for D&D monsters bc i don't like wrinting things down.

Make sure that the spring is in the correct direction and the edge of the square hole in the spring is parallel with the #1 face of the disk (see photo). Also insure that all disks are displaying #1 when inserting the shaft.
PS. I use Permanent marker to make it easier to read
