Why?
What is a pill reminder? It is for those that forget whether they took the pill that day or not. After you take the pill simply slide the switch with the corresponding day and you are done. When you are wondering later the same day whether you took the pill or not just look at the reminder and you will know. Only problem comes if you forgot to toggle the switch.
Printing:
It is an easy print without supports. I printed it with 0,3 mm layer height but 0,2 will work as well. All of the parts are oriented correctly.
I do not have a multicolour compatibility, but this print is designed for only one colour switch needed for each part so that your reminder can look the same as on the photos. Or simply use a marker to paint the colours. I used white W as a base, black B inside text and the switch and red R and green G to show which day you took the pill. I think it is quite clear from the pictures which colours are used where.
PR-01 bottom piece W-G at 2 mm
PR-02 switch all B
PR-03 slider W-R at 0,8 mm
PR-04 top piece W-B at 1,2 mm
PR-05 label W-B at 0,9 mm

There are as well blank parts so you can add your own text.
Assembly:
I designed everything to just snap in place. Depending on your printer these dimensions might not work for you - so either use super glue or 3 mm drill bit. Or you can print a Test print that has the same tolerances and makes for a nice little fidget toy.

The assembly is quite easy, just put the bottom piece, insert the switch, over them the slider and snap in the top piece. Just make sure those sliders are parallel so it does not get stuck. Or use a little bit of grease to stick the sliders in the slots of the top piece and snap it in as an subassembly. Then just insert the label to the top slot and you are done.
