I wanted to create a simple way to organize my calibration samples, so I came up with this design. It is intended to be printed with 95A TPU on a 0.4mm nozzle. This gives it the flexibility it requires and a bit of stretchability to keep itself together with tension.

This design is sized specifically for the 15x30mm flow-rate samples with rounded corners that OrcaSlicer produces under its “YOLO” setting.

I have a design that can hold all 11 samples, or you can throw away those that aren't +/-2 within the optimum you find and just use the 5-sample holder.

Start by stacking all of your samples and hold them by the top and bottom faces with your thumb and middle finger. Take note of how the TPU wrapper has more space from the slits to one edge. The extra space should be on the side with the top face of the samples. Use your index finger to hold down the starting edge as you fit it over the thin labeling tabs. Continue to wrap around the samples tightly and stretch the other set of slits over the label tabs again. Tuck the little tail into the slot on the side.

It is best to use Arachne slicing and avoid crossing perimeters. If you want to print more than one it is best to print them sequentially (by object) to reduce stringing.
