A simple panel for a bottom mounted Yahboom PD Power Expansion Board to help avoid accidental short circuits. It can also be used to protect the bottom of a Raspberry Pi 5 or other expansion board. The 5mm standoffs on the holes should provide adequate clearance for the micro-SD connector when used on the bottom of a Pi 5.
I had acquired one of the Yahboom PD power expansion boards (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D3XMLMGW) for use with a Raspberry Pi 5. The board allows use of sources ranging from 7v to 24v, providing the PD negotiated 5v 5A source the Pi 5 requires via it's USB C power connector.
Because I had an NVMe adaptor mounted on top, the power expansion board needed to be installed on the bottom. I wanted a panel to cover the through hole pins projecting from the bottom to help avoid accidentally shorting pins.
12mm M2.5 screws were used for attachment
Fusion 360 source & STEP files are included.
