I didn't want to screw into my railing so I designed an adapter to clamp the safty gate around my railing instead.
You probably need to adjust the parts to fit to your railing. I attached the original sldprt files for you to edit. The front and back are configurations in the clamp.sldprt
The borings are meant for M4 screws and nuts.
