I always take off the dust cover completely when playing records and the original hinges fall off easily and snap into “open” position. I have not used them at all for this reason but that means dust cover moves around and doesn't stay in place well.
I designed this solid replacement to stay in the player or dust cover with friction fit. With these it's easier to lift and put dust cover on when removing it completely.
There's also version that fits more loosely in both player and dust cover. It's still a pretty snug fit so consider printing one at a time to ensure it fits your player well.
Printed with 0.2mm variable layer height, going down to 0.08mm on the “bumps”. 3 walls and 20% infill with PLA+.
