This came from a desire to have an easy way to add a CR2032 battery to any model I might be working on in the future. The original idea came from a need to add a RTC battery to a model I was making for a raspberry pi 5.
The socket I used came from Amazon in a 10 pack. As long as the socket looks like the one pictured it should easily fit, but you might need to tweak the design a bit. The socket is directional, the positive side has one corner cut at a 45. I uploaded two versions, one without chamfers on the edges and one with. There should be STEP files for both versions as well.
