These models allow you to cover up a 2.5" diameter hole saw hole in drywall. They have an opening for routing cables through the hole..
There are two variants, for 5/8" and ½" thick drywall.
This was designed in Fusion 360, you can get the model here: https://a360.co/4hSnUZR. The model uses Fusion's Configurations feature, you can change the hole diameter and drywall thickness.
