Modified Spreader Bars:

Sizes range from 143-402mm for the version without the middle hole and 175-443mm for the one with the middle hole. 3 Units larger and shorter than the original one, with “Unit” i'm talking about the shortest path that i was just able to cut/add to the original bar which is ~21mm.

Im pretty sure this is a big enough range for most users.

Please keep in mind that connecting many small Spreaderbars is much weaker than using longer ones. This is because the way they connect to each other leaves some playroom and thus spots where you can reach really high forces just on the connector. I might make stronger connectors in the future though. For now i highly advice using connectors with less than original tolerance.

Experimental Locking Pin:

I made a prototype 3D-Printed Locking Pin thing to replace the M5 Screw that would be needed. This is highly experimental, small, flimsy, hard to print and even has tight tolerances. So use at your own risk or revise it yourself. STEP-File included.

Even if the locks break you should be able to use it as a sort-of pressfit pin. It is shockingly strong for me, printed in Extrudr ASA. As i'm prefering screws, i'll probably not revise further.

The Cuffholder:

My Cuffholder uses a M5x25mm screw for holding the cuff in the holder and the holder in the swivel end, leaves pretty little room for movement if your cuffs are compatible.

Tolerances are quite tight and only leave 0.1mm room to every side, stls of the cuffholder are preoriented to be ready for printing, the swivel end is printed via a bridge and does not need support. For the Holder itself i just took measurements of my own (quite small) foot, but as its only to spread force across the cuff it should be quite flexible and suit many users.

Cuffholder R2:

This is only really suitible for where the construction does not get a ton of load. F. E. Feet and Hands (arms in general).

Cuffholder R3:

Suitible for the Thighs and also anything else, but it has less of an angle to move it.

Swivel End:

R3 is compatible with both Cuffholders, i suggest the use of the normal one for the thighs and using the 90deg version for feet and simelar. Feel free to play around with it :p

Connectors:

I made tighter tolerance versions of the original Connectors (which leave 0.2mm space all around) to give the bar less play and thus have less high-pressure spots from the Bar on the Connectors themself. I revised all Connectors to 0.1mm tolerance around the connection to the Bar, but didnt change anything else.

I can make them even tighter if demand is there. For me it works perfectly fine.

Additional infos:

Everything is completely compatible to the original Model.
