A small 90 degree square with back in 2 sizes: 50x40 mm and 75x50mm, the back adds 5mm to the stock and is 15mm wide. The square is printed in two parts, the square and the back. The parts are connected with M3 self tapping counter sunk screws. Simply put the square in the slot of the back and align them along the long side on a flat surface. For me the parts already have a good friction fit. I used 10mm screws, 8mm and 12mm should work as well.
For most accurate results the printer should be calibrated as good as possible. Make sure the print settings don't produce elephants foot.
