Tsunami
An extruder that uses two sets of the HGX-lite gear kit and comes with an upgraded mounting pattern.
Print settings
4 perimeters, 30% infill, no supports, ABS preferred
BOM
2x HGX-lite gear kits (HGX 1.0 ONLY)
1x NEMA14 36mm round pancake motor with 8T or 10T gear
2x M3x25 Screws
8x Heat Inserts (M3x4.5x4)
1x Brass Bushing (3x5x8)
- Or print out “Tsunami_(Optional)_Printed_Spacer”
Notes
- Use the CAD to see dimensions and design a mount
- Install the motor BHCS before the idler
- This has not been tested yet, please report any issues
