I made a simple manhole cover 230x230mm as I found this size was very hard to find.
Total height is 20mm. It should fit into an opening 240x240.
I have also attached the Fusion 360 file so you can modify it to your own size. It is not parametric but should be simple enough to modify.
The gaps around the edge are to get a screwdriver in so you can remove it in the future.
Make sure you use a suitable filament for outdoors like PETG or ASA.
I used ASA with 4 walls & 30% cubic infill. Make sure to use a brim as this size is prone to warping.
