A small test strip maker for the darkroom. This is designed with the RH Design / Heiland Analyser Pro in mind, which uses 7 exposures for the integrated test strip and paper calibration sequence.
The model is small to be efficient when calibrating papers for the Analyser, but can be scaled to taste in the slicer. The insert requires support in its current design and needs to be printed 7 times. It should just snap in place and then work on a hinge.
At 100% scale, it is optimally printed (and tested to work with) with a 0,2/0,25mm nozzle and 0,1mm layer height. 0.4 nozzles may work but are untested and might require scaling. Wall sequence inner-outer due to the overhangs. Tolerances are tight, a well-tuned printer (including pressure advance tuning for the corners) is a must at original scale. Print in black, optimally matte, filament, PLA is fine.
Change Notes:
- 0.2: Added a small inset to the body to allow proper closure on slightly uneven insert overhangs
- 0.3: Overhauled the Inserts, they now sit deeper which makes for a more stable closed state
