Created this grid base for a Harbor Freight Apache 3800 box so I could attach various components to it for use as a battery box. I used doublesided tape to secure the grid to the box bottom. The A and B sides will just fit on an ender 3 s1 base (220x220). If you use the included breaker, shunt, and solar supports they are purposely a tight fit. Just round over the edges and corners a bit with a file. I also put double sided tape on the bottoms of these.
Everything was printed in Overture PETG, 4 walls, 25-50% infill depending on the part. I used Orca slicer and manually added 80% infill in the areas where I drilled and added brass inserts to secure the components to the supports.
