Hello,
I remixed this into a pill organizer. I figured there's more use for it than what it was intended. The sliding and locking feels great with a nice click to it.
Hardware:
- 6x3x1.5mm Neodymium Magnets - The top cover will need 12x of these. Please make sure you watch the polarity. I would recommend using super glue to hold these in. The bottom part will need 6x. You will need to slide these magnets in using a tweezer. You don't need to glue these, they fit snugly just fine. Make sure to clean the supports and nothing is blocking. I would prioritize the polarity for the top part. Meaning, make sure to use the top 3 magnets on the main body as the main polarity for the first 3 row on the top slider. Then use the bottom 3 to match the bottom top slider. You will find as you slide these, if you don't get it right, the sliding feels weird since the polarity are the same! I recommend doing 2 slides up and one slide down. Just watch the number indicator and align the arrow. If you did it right. There's a satisfying click and locking with it.
- 2x4mm Ball Spring Plunger - I recommend adding these on the edges only, put 4 on top and 4 bottom. These give the case a nice click and locking mechanism. I highly recommend it.
