Makes it possible to use a Chigee AIO-5 Play on a Quadlock mount.
This design does not reuse the bolt of the Chigee. Instead you need 2 bolts M3 x 10 mm and 1 bolt M5 x 10 mm. The 10 mm is the length of the thread. Do not use longer bolts. The Chigee has a damper build in. Longer bolts will go through the damper and touch the device, conducting all vibrations.
Added a hole on both sides to attach the cable using cable ties.
