You need a switch but don't have any at hand. Make your custom on/off switch if you have nickel-strips at hand.
This model is parametric can be adjusted to your needs.
There are basic variables in the spreadsheet for the most important parameters.
You can change the dimensions by width, height, length and strip_width or make the snapping mechanism tighter with inset_slider_distance.
You probably also have to adapt the pressfit_tolerance to make the inset got in the case but also sit tight.

how to print:
- 100% infill
- orientation like in the picture
- take care of elephant foot since this heavily influences the press-fit
