My polydrier boxes seem to have significantly deeper tabs than the OP's boxes and the standard rollers simply wedge in tight. I made the rollers 2mm shorter while maintaining the roller width for the spools. now there is significant clearance and they spin as free as a rollerblade wheel. If your rollers stick or do not roll freely, try these.
