As for the 80cm billy version you need thicker rods, I recommend buying the 12mm alloy tubes or even better 12mm steel tubes. But feel free to use the 10mm ones for smaller cupboards.
The M5x16 screws are the ones which you get easily in common diy stores, so I needed to change the width and the hole size of the holder. With this screws you are not damaging the cupboard and can remove them easily if you want to use it afterwards for something else.
For the newer Billys I would assume that M4x16 should work, but not tested.
You need to print 4 holders, 2 of each direction.
I printed them in PLA with a 0.2 layer height and 20% infill and 4 layers bottom and top layer.
