Paper towels can never be close enough when you need them.

This paper towel dispenser clips onto the side rail of a Delta Children Eclipse changing table with no additional hardware needed. They're in arm's reach, but out of the way of a baby's kicking feet and grabbing hands.

All parts were designed to be printed with maximum strength along the layer lines. Add the insert from either side of the bracket arm T slot, rotate the small bevel facing down, and push it into the leg of the T slot. Then, clip both bracket arms onto the side rail of the changing table. the arms should slide easily along the rail to add or remove the paper towel roll (make sure to remove any stringing or elephant's foot from the bracket arms to avoid scratching the finish).

I printed this model in PETG at 0.3mm layer height with 4 perimeters, 4 top layers, 4 bottom layers, and 20% infill, and the fit is snug, with the inside of the bracket snapping into place, without being too tight to remove.

I included the “clip profile” model for you to test the fit with a 20 minute test print to ensure your print settings and material choice are similar enough to mine, or you can remix it into another design to hold what you want near, but not on your changing table.
