Fit is super snug, it is chamfered on the inside to allow for easier install.
Grid is 0.8mm thick, which should allow 2 layer lines with a 0.4 nozzle. With a smaller grid thickness, I was having issues with the corners not properly extruding. Can upload other grid thicknesses on request. STEP file also uploaded, feel free to modify.
Printed in PETG with 0.1 layer height, 0.4mm nozzle.
Grid feature also extends into the objective lense, for more flash retardation, and tacti-coolness.
