21700 Cells Parallel Stackable Tray with Screws – No Welding Required
This tray is designed for parallel connections. It has a slot for a nickel or copper strip up to 10mm wide.
⚠ CAUTION: Make sure to install the cells in the correct position. Failure to do so will cause a short circuit, which can be extremely dangerous.
You can install the cells in parallel and tighten the screws without requiring welding. The trays are stackable, and I typically use them for balancing cells, but they can also be used for energy storage applications.
I highly recommend printing the screws with at least 80% infill, and the screw mounting area in the tray should also be at 80% infill to ensure longevity and prevent the screws from breaking. Personally, I print them at 100% infill for maximum strength.
I have used ABS with great success.
