Columbia Coatings offers an array of products for powder coat systems. Several of their items needed modifications and improvements for durability, performance and convenience.
I designed these from scratch in Fusion 360, and ported them to Blender for final touches.
The original design by Columbia Coatings breaks too easily, and doesn't have a stop to prevent from over-tightening / screwing through the lid. This version is fully-printable.
Please report any positive or negative comparisons from the original designs.
The intent is to increase the ecosystem of parts available for existing powdercoat systems.
