update 2025. I added two files for double stick tape. material_saving_solid_cord_cover_backplate.stl and flat_cord_cover.stl. They have the same profile geometry. The "retaining plate" would go at the bottom to hold up the cover parts.
Instructions
PLA, 100% infill (I think it will work well with 0%), 0.2mm layer, 4 solid top layers.
Print out one cover and one mount for every 220mm of cable to cover. Print one cover supporter for the bottom of every vertical track you intend to run.
The cover supporter screws into the bottom of the lowest wall mount in the cable run. It is meant to support the weight of the covers and keep them from slipping apart. Covers slipped down the mounts from the vibration of the speakers during a loud scene.
