All of my watchbands end up dry rotting and breaking.  Now I can print replacements out of TPU for pennies!

My watch is a Casio 2879 W-201, so I know it works for that make and model of watch.  However, the attachment points look similar to other watches, so it might work for other makes and/or models.  The strap keeper was modified to include a “dingus” that keeps the keeper in place.

I used TPU.  I only had white, so that's what I used.  I printed using a Sovol SV06 with 0.4 mm nozzle.  I might be printing with the hotend a little too hot, because the TPU had problems printing the top layers at 20% infill.  I settled on 6 top layers, but could have used more.  Here are my slicer settings:

Layer Height: 0.08 mm

Initial Layer Height: 0.08 mm

Wall Line Count: 2

Top Layers: 6

Bottom Layers: 3

Infill Density: 20% (2.0mm)

Infill Pattern: Gyroid

Build Plate Adhesion Type: Skirt

No supports needed.
