I saw some tags for Glencairns that were flat but didn't see any that were the shape of the base so designed one. These are multi-part models so you can either split into parts or use multi-material painting to assign colors/extruders to the base and letter.
I would recommend PETG or similar filament that has a bit of give. I printed mine with .4m nozzle, .2m layer height and 15% infill. For the clear ones in my picture I set the perimeters to 5 so there was no infill pattern.
