Most MFT jigs are quite expensive…..so I decided to engineer my own. I have now made two table tops & three jigs from this for friends. Made for 30mm guide bush & 20mm ½" shank cutter. You could use ¼" shank if you want to. The corner guide rail & edge guide rail both sit perfectly around bush guides of the jig & set the first hole 71mm from the corner as does on a genuine MFT & the dogs are designed to be a perfect fit in both the 20mm hole & the jig. The last picture shows one finished & being packed for a friend.

*****UPDATED ITEMS ADDED 25.2.25

Added inserts for anyone without a router that gives you the ability to centre drill the hole so you can drill it out later with a Forstner bit or spade drill. NOTE: DO NOT use a 20mm hole saw as these create an oversized hole so the dogs will be loose.

Added 22.5' hole jig & 45' hole jig.

Added another two versions for those who don't have a 20mm cutter for their router. Use a 17mm bush & 6mm cutter on one jig & a 17mm bush & ¼" cutter on the other.

ADDED 32 & 64mm position offset hole jig. (for fences or quad dogs for guide rail locks)

Thanks.

NOTE: Obviously printer accuracy dependant. One of mine is within 0.01mm  the other is 0.05mm off.
