Simple 5015 blower fan duct attachment. The duct is easy to print, without required tons of supports and fits snugly onto a standard 5015 blower fan. Attachment has an opening on the left side to allow for installation of a heat-set insert and M3 bolt to ensure tight fit on the blower fan. I have been using the duct for several weeks without the need for the additional M3 bolt, but on printers with higher acceleration, the duct may come lose during printing without it.
This is being used with a E3D Revo6 hot end, but should work with other E3D Evo-type hot ends.
