Speaker Box for 3" & 4" drivers

Summary

3D printed speaker enclosure.

I have Micca - MB42X G2 Passive Bookshelf Speakers. I made this to look like the Micca speakers, but reduced to 210mm x 140mm x 120mm to fit on my AnkerMake M5C's bed. 
It's going to be printed using purple/black Silk filament.

The speaker openings and screw holes are sized to fit . . .

This little speaker really cranks! The full range driver has no need for a crossover.

I designed the speakers to be very stiff and did not have internal resonance and reflections.
I started with a simple 5mm thick box and added random triangle reinforcing ribs on the inside. The ribs will also reflect sound of various frequencies all over the place.
The inside of the back is like a parabolic reflector to direct bass from the back of the drivers down to the passive radiator. I made sure the drivers are recessed flush with the front bezel and the front has rounded edges for better sound dispersal. I plan to line the inside with foam.

The front box is going to take 37 hours and the back will take 13 hours to print!
I also provided a flat back file that will only take 3 hours to print.
The same back panel fits the 3 inch and 4 inch versions.

Revised and improved design ‘speaker_v3-1’ after printing. 
I fixed errors and reduced filament used = less print time.

This is the second version I might made in future. 
Instead of v3 using a 3" truncated (2.5") driver and 3" passive radiator -  
the v4 Speaker openings and screw holes are sized to fit 3" + 4" drivers.
