This print is a customizable clothes buttons designed with openscad.
You can customize:
- the size of the button (diameter, height);
- the shape of the button (number of faces);
- the holes (number of holes, size, position);
- the center recess (sizes, number of faces);
- the roundness of the edges.
Usage
- Download OpenScad;
- Open
parametric_button_maker.scad; - Customize your button. (If the customizer is hidden, uncheck the last entry of the view menu "Hide Customizer");
- When satisfied, render the model [F6];
- Export the STL [F7] or print it [F8].
I print the button with 0.2mm layers without support. The buttons print time is from 5 minutes to 10 minutes.
You can try 0.3mm layer height. It should works.
