I found the model by @Sebastian_57252, but it was for (apparently) European carpenter pencils. None of mine remotely matched the size of his original model, but since it was distributed as a Freecad model, resizing was easy. I modified all relevant parameters into a Freecad “Varset” structure, so it can be resized by simply changing the pencil width and thickness. The result is a very strong and parameterized clip.
The distributed STL is for a HomeDepot standard pencil, which is a standard size in the US.
Printed in ABS on a Voron Trident, 4 layers top and bottom, 4 walls, 40% infill. Probably overkill.
