Update
Added flat back design, single flat back and a single clip on variation for 1inch PVC Jumps.

We have started making DIY jumps and found the jump cups online were extremely expensive for the design and materials so modeled our own.

3x pairs - 4+8, 12+16, 20+24 which match our AAC competition heights. Each piece is designed to sit on top of the lower piece to save on measuring each height. 4inch will need to be measured based on your jump base.

Rounded back recess fits 1.25" PVC as well as 1" PVC piping with flats on the edges to fit flat sides (leave the support material on the print for flat sided jumps)

Prints shown in Duramic TPU with 3 side walls, 5 base, 5 top with 0.20mm layer height. This allows a decent amount of flexibility in the cups for safety of the dogs while being stiff enough for 1inch bars to not sag.

I have also printed a set in PLA+ with 4wall, top and bottom with similar results however the cups would likely break if a bar was landed on. *possible reinforced version to compensate however that increases the risk to the dogs so I'm hesitant

Holes for screws make them easy to install and re-use, while a TPU compatible glue will also work well for a permanent solution.

Numbers are raised to simplify painting or I just use sharpie to darken the surface.
