There are two files for this Bridge Four keychain. One is filled and can be used for multicolor, the other is hollow. I don't have any kind of MMU or AMS system, but was able to print both colors by manually switching. In Orca Slicer, you can paint the colors on and it will add pauses when necessary as it slices the model.
I printed with a 0.4 nozzle at 0.16 layer height. If available, I recommend a smaller nozzle for higher quality.
