I printed the collets in ABS, 0.12 layer with a 2mm wall thickness and 80% infill, and with support mainly because I am new at this sort of thing and something of a Luddite. I have used the ¼ and 3/8 collets and they work well but light cuts are the order of the day. Certainly saves swapping the collet chuck for the four jaw for a one-off job.
When printing the collets, it might be best to turn them 180* so the back diameter is on the print bed, otherwise the numbers might not print out well.
The general dimensions of the collet I got from a well known company that supplies the home shop machinist in the UK.
The box was printed in the same material but at a 0.2 layer with 15% infill. The dovetails are 60*. If they need cleaning up it can easily be done with a triangular needle file.
