As practice in Onshape, I modelled the accessories socket of a Brymen BM786 Multimeter, and designed few adapters.
For the BMH-02 I used the magnets I had on hand, 6x2mm (same as gridfinity ones) there are 12 stacks of 3 (36pcs), this gives it a good enough grip. It's important when using a magnet grid array to alternate polarity as improves adhesion. Here a comparison. Also there is a lip around the magnets so epoxy can be poured atop to keep the magnets in place.
For the Camera ¼ Adapter a heat insert is preferred, it's a UNC ¼ -20, 12.7mm long. Alternatively I added a version that can be tapped. To do so I heated the camera arm screw to 300c (with hot air) and gently threaded the adapter on. It's not as strong but it works.
The phone holder is made for those type that grip on the sides.
Included is also a blank type so it can be modified for whatever uses.
Printing settings I used defaults for PLA, only changed to 4 perimeters and 20% infill for the Camera ¼ Adapter as is using a heat insert.
