The purpose of these (you need two) is to push the window winder handle away from the door card by 4mm. This eliminates wear due to the rubbing of the handle on the door card and makes it easier to wind the windows up and down. They may also fit other MG/BMC cars using the same mechanism: it fits winder handles with a hexagonal socket.
I print these in PETG at 100% infill as they need to transmit a lot of torque.
