After feeling the pain in my hip pocket after a recent trip to the dentist, I discovered an urgent interest in oral hygiene. Unfortunately the Philips Sonicare Power Flosser that I acquired didn't come with anything to hold the picks after use, so I set about designing a suitable solution in FreeCAD. I tried to keep the design as simple as possible in order to keep it easy to clean and to allow the picks to drain after use.
Printing Instructions
The holder is printed in-place as a single piece, there are three color changes involved but this is purely cosmetic, it should be trivial to remove the color changes altogether and re-slice if you only want a single-color holder. It is designed to be printed with a 0.2mm layer height. I used Overture PLA Professional for both the white and blue layers. No glue is required and no supports are required.
