I kept the same f/20 nature of JWST primary and scaled the diameter (560 mm vs. 6500 mm) and focal length (131.4 meters vs 11.320 meter).
The model has three kinds of hexagonal tiles, you would need to print
1x - center piece
6x - level 1 tile (has a small single notch on the bowtie slot)
6x - 1st outer hex tiles (has a || mark)
6x - 2nd outer hex tiles (has 3 notches in the slot)
42x - bowtie
Then you need to attach the tiles together with snap fit (they do fit pretty close with my Prusa mk4 prints) and attach the mirrors (one of these with 2.5" sides).
For the center one you can have either gold mirror or print only few layers with a silk PLA and embed that.
