The model has breakable supports so no additional supports are needed. When you break the supports - make sure clean the surfaces very well to make fitting working properly. Use on your own risk. For example if you have AirSense11 - you can connect it to AirMini mask with humidifier (in case heated tube and humidifier can not be used - like in plane) I recommend to print this with 0.1 layer height at the top part which interfaces to humidifier to make perfect fit.
NOTE: The model cad/stl is optimized for ABS shrinkage, no scaling needed if printed in ABS, other filament types - print and test.
Update - I printed one with PETG - seems to work well.
