Flash diffusers for Neweer Z1/Z2 flashes by Trinidad.
I take no credit for their hard work and I'm simply re-uploading as I appreciate the model.
OP stated it's for the Neweer Z2S flash however, the flash head body remains unchanged between Z1 and Z2 models irrespective of camera brand choice. I printed this for my Z1N flash.
I found the flat diffuser slightly reduced how widespread the flash is and doesn't suit my personal needs.
My Print Settings
- Printer: Prusa MK4S
- Supports: Automatically painted organic supports
- Resolution/Layer height: 0.1mm
- Infill: Doesn't matter - it barely has any
- Filament:
- Sunlu/Jayo Transparent PETG. I saw best success with this
- Sunlu/Jayo White PETG. This diffused too much for my liking
- Notes
- 3x2mm magnets worked (the 2x3 mentioned confused me a bit)
- If you'd like to print it clearly (like glass) I'd suggest the following:
- 2 perimeters
- Reduced top/bottom layers (I used 5)
- Aligned rectalinear fill paterns where possible
- Fill angle: 0
- Print slow (20mm/s)
- Optional: to reduce potential stringing/travel enable “complete individual objects”.
- Modifying top/bottom layers too much resulted in some misprints (ask me how I know)

- Dome may need supports at center.
- Flat does not need supports if flipped.
- Add 2mm x 3mm Magnets
