I have solved point 3.Fusion file (f3d) is parameterized.
The bathroom rod has a 32 mm diameter.
You will need a stainless steel wire, diameter 3.2 mm, length 600 mm (approx) and a waterproof fabric 600x 800 mm (aprox).
V2: Improved shape for more reliable hanging on the dryer.
