This is almost trivial, not sure if even worth publishing, but maybe someone will find it useful due to included parametric model in Fusion 360. There are two user parameters defined: shroud or cable diameter (default 10mm) and the wrap-around angle (default 270 degrees). Other parameters can be changed too by editing the sketch or design.
The included .stl file is generated with the default values. Let me know if you are not familiar with Fusion 360 and would like an .stl file with different parameters.
The clip is attached to 2020 V-slot extrusion using M3x6 SHCS screw and a T-nut. It has a shallow protrusion that fits in the V-slot and prevents the clip from rotating. If you actually want it to rotate (e.g. to mount at an angle) you have to remove the protrusion from the design.
