Print at .1 100% infill. in the strongest filament you have. Also from the outside in
I printed in Nylon. Good as a temp replacement to keep you driving at least until your replacements arrive etc.
If you can put an O ring good, otherwise expect it leak slightly. This is a temp, and not suited as a permanent replacement. If your not bashing hard, who knows, maybe it can be a permanent fix given you print it strong enough.
