Quick and easy print to turn your AB9 into a shifter - uses an M8 countersunk screw (length depending on knob but generally at least 40mm as the height till the thread is exposed is 25mm).
If buy a knob, ensure it has a thread adaptor with it to suit m8 or modify the shaft to take an appropriate sized screw.
