An EMT I know was looking to have syringes handy to grab quickly, something color coded for easy identification. I preferred not to get into the debate about what is safe or not with 3D printed parts, or if they will leak, this keychain adapter uses a commercially available Luer lock and adds a keyring to it. The 3D printed part never touches the syringes. It's a split design with an perimeter lock ring to clamp the main part, although the fit is so tight this probably is not necessary. I put this on over 80 Luer locks, did not use the perimeter lock on the last half and still could not pull out the Luer locks from the keyring adapter bodies. It is a tight fit, I put the Luer lock onto a syringe first, then leverage it into the adapter until it gets past the small lip on the bottom of the adapter. If you have a hard time getting it on, try a bit of XY compensation for more clearance. This printed fine on both my MK4S and X1 Carbon without any XY compensation, your printer may be different.
The perimeter lock is slightly tapered to help it slide on properly, I added small bumps on the top to help determine the correct orientation.
I used these Luer locks from Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Q345D7N
I printed in several different colors of PETG. I bumped up the temperature a bit at the critical junction for extra strength, see custom G-code screenshot. I don't know if this is really necessary, these have been in use for over six months and so far none have broken.
I do not have a way to test steam sterilization or what affect that might have on the PETG, low temperature sterilization systems should work just fine, as always, test this before use.
