About
This design lamp is inspired by the Tjalle & Jasper lamp. This version holds a GU10 fitting rather then the original E14 fitting. You won't need to assemble the lamp since you can print it in one piece (excluding the cover cap en strain relief). This makes the upper mount redundant from the original version.

This model includes the ‘lamp version’ (to print it in one piece) and the separate files to assemble the lamp yourself. If you choose assembly you have the option to use a E14 fitting.

Print instructions
If you print the ‘Lamp.stl’ support is required. I've had a great result with, PLA, a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.32 mm layer height using support.

If you print the DIY-build, lay the files flat. You will need to print the side panel (with holes) 20 times.

⚠ Note
Only the ‘Lamp.stl’ is printed printed by myself so I didn't test the DIY-build.

Essembly of the 'Lamp.stl’

  • Print the lamp, cap and strain relief.
  • Mount the GU10 socket to the lamp with two M3 10 mm screws. You can screw directly in the printed parts. Place the electrical wire from the GU10 through the printed holes.
  • Put the electrical wire through the cap and attach the strain relief with two M3 10 mmscrews.
  • Strip the electrical and GU10 wires and attach it to the luster terminal.
  • Take the M3 20 mm screw, screw it into the cap and the luster terminal. When the luster terminal is screwed in you can screw the cap onto the lamp.

Bill Of Materials

  • 1 * HANDSON GU10 socket
  • 4 * screw M3 10 mm
  • 1 * screw M3 20 mm
  • 1 * luster terminal
  • Electrical wire
