I wanted to purchase some more seed tray inserts made by Stuart, only to find that they have discontinued them.
3D printing to the rescue!
The inserts are 205mm long and 72mm wide and you can fit five of them into a standard propagator tray and lid.
The inserts shown used eSun PLA+ Pine Green.
Printed at 118°C with a 65°C bed temperature. ( I found this slightly higher temperature stopped the print from lifting off the bed at the corners.)
0.4mm nozzle, 0.2 layers fast print setting. Increase base thickness and wall thickness to give no infill. No supports needed. Cost roughly £1.15 each in filament.
Printed on a Prusa Mini+ angled at 45° on the bed and it just fits!
