This is a ~40% model of a 5¼" floppy disk, common in the 1980s. Generally speaking, proportionally correct, except for the thickness, so as to allow more FDM printers to successfully print it.
Print flat, and use supports ONLY for the inner ring (the actual data recording medium in real floppy disks)
