To assemble:
- print 4 copies of the base bottom and glue them together.
- print the “bearing knob” and glue it into the circular indent in the base bottom
- print 4 copies of the base top, glue them together
- place a 608 bearing on the bearing knob
- place the base top on top of the bearing
